All jewelry is cross-referenced with our records by our Master Goldsmith
for diamond verification and inspection by a gemologist for certificate authentication.
Verlas cannot accept non-Verlas jewelry, ordered not covered by Verlas Care,
ewelry without a Diamond Grading report, or has undergone alterations or is missing parts

Verlas Care offers a comprehensive range of jewelry services including:
industrial cleaning, scratch repair on metal, metal polishing,
tightening loose prongs or diamonds, resizing rings, fixing broken
or entangled chains, tightening loose push-backs for earrings, altering
engraving, and repairing bracelet or necklace hooks.

The Verlas Try-at-Home service is a 15 day trial that allows you
to order up to 3 jewelry replicas of your choice to your home.
During the 15-day trial period, a refundable fee of $99 is held,
and fully returned upon receipt of your kit.
Once you've found your favorites, return your trial kit and order the
real gold and diamond pieces with free shipping and returns.

Try-at-Home jewlery replicas are made of cubic zirconia that looks and sparkles just like a diamond,
so you can get an idea of exactly what your real Verlas jewelry would look like.
Made from brass to mimic the appearance of gold and coated to mimic the look of white,
yellow, or rose gold. These tester samples are not meant for everyday wear.

Original tags are required to return your Try-at-Home kit and recieve a refunded deposit.
